A product design and brand management consultancy, the Dark North Ltd. team has worked in the optical, fashion and active lifestyle space since 1988. 

Founded in 2019 by Scottish Designer Danielle Rattray and Australian Commercial Director Scott Lewis, Dark North Ltd. was created to provide specialised design and brand development support for progressive Scottish and international brands. Having collaborated on client-based design projects since 2006, Rattray and Lewis formed Dark North Ltd. as a platform focused on supporting unique and inspired brands in their preferred spaces of fashion, eyewear and surf.  

Dark North Ltd. has provided design and commercial support to small, innovative brands as well as internationally recognised global entities.  We take active shareholder investments in brands, as well as develop proprietary brands within the Dark North Ltd. stable.
